CHÂTEAU CHICANE BORDEAUX, FRANCE

Bordering the south of the Valley of the Garonne on its left bank, Château Chicane continually has excellent sunshine and gives the wine a faithful expression of the terroir of the Graves dunes. The vineyard, located in Toulenne, covers 15 acres. The soil is argilo-calcaire. The average vine age is 35-40 years. This vineyard in the Bordeaux region, created in 1875 by the Coste family, has been in the family of François Gauthier, the current owner for the last 130 years.
