DOMAINE DENIZOT LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE
Since the 17th century, the Denizot family has quietly grown grapes in the Sancerre hamlet of Amigny, operating for generations as private farmers who sold their harvests in bulk to large regional négociants. That quiet history transformed in 2016 when Thibauld Denizot and his wife Jennifer took control, eliminated bulk sales, and founded Domaine Denizot to estate-bottle 100% of their fruit. Today, the estate has expanded to 50 acres—reclaiming premium Pouilly-Fumé plots originally planted by Thibauld’s maternal grandparents—and has risen to elite status as a certified organic, biodynamic pioneer recognized with a prestigious star in Le Guide Vert de la Revue du Vin de France.
