Cyril Henriques is the talented winemaker who selects the plots and is in charge of the whole vinification process all the way through to bottling. He works closely with the vineyards and sources small quantities of top quality wine. A lot of names in the area have a Spanish influence as the old border of Catalona used to be close by.
