Paris Wine Company founder Joshua Adler uses his intimate knowledge of French wine regions and connections with producers to create custom bottlings for The Good Wine Project. The project mission is to find good wines at great prices with fun labels. Petit Canet is a collaboration with Laurent Graell, a partner at Domaine de la Dourbie located in the village of Canet. The grapes come from Dourbie’s own certified organic vineyards and are blended to highlight the traditional Carignan-based blends of the region. Laurent Graell vinifies the wines alongside veteran Languedoc winemaker Christophe Troutinski.
