Sentier is a delicious, refreshing & organic Provençal rosé crafted in collaboration between Paris Wine Company & Château Bas. Located just northwest of Aix-en-Provence, Château Bas began farming organically in the early 1990s with the arrival of winemaker Philippe Pouchin & have spent decades working to create balance in the vineyard through biodiversity. The domaine was sold upon the retirement of Pouchin, and today, the wines are better than ever, thanks to the care of new winemaker Vincent Deturmeny, who is able to benefit from the vision of Philippe Pouchin as well as the new investments in the winery made by the new owner, Philippe Castéja.
